If you’ve received your new Airpoints™ card in the mail1, you’re a few simple steps away from activating your OneSmart Account, where you can start loading money straight away.
Your identity is required to be verified before your OneSmart Account can be activated, this can be achieved in one of two ways:

Online:
If you have your current New Zealand issued driver’s licence handy, you can apply to be verified online now. Use your myairnz login.
In person:
Alternatively, you can be verified in person. Visit any Air New Zealand Holidays Store or BNZ Store to be verified. Bring in two forms of original identity documentation: one with a photo2 and one with your name and/or address3. Fill in the form provided in store and return to airnz.co.nz/onesmart to complete the activation process.
Once you have activated your OneSmart Account you will be able to load money immediately, and check your account and Airpoints Dollars balance.

3 A signed and embossed debit/credit card from a New Zealand registered Bank, Marriage/Birth Certification, letter from New Zealand Inland Revenue Department containing customer address and Inland Revenue Department number, Bank Account Statements (3 Months statements) from a New Zealand Registered Bank.
