great time had by all

unfortunately we did not see much sealife when we went out but we still had a really good time and appreciated the effort that staff went to to make the event educational and enjoyable. We look forward to using our 'free' tickets in the future and hopefully next time will see more wildlife! Would recommend as a fun activity in Auckland and especially when using bookme to get discounted price.

Lots and lots of dolphins

I think the only improvement you could think about making would be to include a $15 surcharge and give everyone a cuppa / coffee / coke and a muffin. It was midday before we saw our first dolphin and after that we couldn't tear ourselves away to sort out out something to eat / drink. So having had a cuppa at the cafe opposite the marina at 10.00am and not getting back until 3.30 - we were somewhat hungry and thirsty. Do up doggie bag things and just hand them out at about 12.30. In my case I had an engagement in Orewa at 4.30 and by the time we go the car, figured out how to get out of the city, and got home low flying ducks were avoiding the area. But it was great - would certainly recommend it - although I will be telling folk - take a lunchbox!

Beyond disappointed

Got my tickets for x3 of us and my daughter woke up a little bit sick that morning took her to do a covid test to be sure and by the time we got to the place was 10:15 but we went to the marine museum counter by the time they checked our vaccine passports and ask the counter they told us the meeting point was outside which we run and we missed the boat. Book me or the Auckland Dolphin safari won’t help us to reschedule at all we even ask to check the cameras and to see the time we were there. So unfair we miss this experience and we missed $300 for nothing. Feeling so sad and disappointed. Very very sad…

Informative and fun

We had such a blast yesterday out on the water. It was a little more rough than we expected but the staff were absolutely incredible and their knowledge was fantastic. Can't wait to go out again.
