If your flight is delayed, cancelled or re-scheduled, we can automatically notify you up to a week ahead of your departure with push notifications for iPhone and Android.

You can now change the times and/or dates of domestic New Zealand flights, all from your mobile phone.

Your electronic boarding pass

mPass is recognised by Air New Zealand airport kiosks. Just scan your mPass boarding pass to collect baggage tags when travelling domestically with bags. If you're a Koru member, scan your mPass boarding pass for entry to the Koru Lounge.

Keep track of your Airpoints Dollars™ account balance

If you're an Airpoints™ member, use your myairnz details to log in to mPass. mPass will retrieve all the bookings associated with your Airpoints number and also gives you access to your Airpoints balance on the go.
