The flexible design of your personal myairnz homepage allows you to organise your Air New Zealand, Airpoints and travel information just how you like. You can keep an eye on your upcoming flights, start a new booking, view a snapshot of your Airpoints account, even check out weather and events at your next destination.
myBookings - View and Manage Your Flights
You will find all the flight bookings related to your Airpoints account number are listed in myBookings. This is the place to view flight details, request seats, and depending on the booking type you may be able to change, cancel or request a copy of your Electronic Ticket. And if you forgot to add your Airpoints number when you booked, just follow the link in myBookings, tell us your Booking Reference, and we will update your flight list.
myPoints - Airpoints Account Information Online
All your Airpoints account information dating back 12 months is on hand in myPoints. As well as your current balance, including any Airpoints Advance you may be eligible for, you will find information about your tier status. This includes the number of Status Points required to retain your current status or reach the next one. If you are an Airpoints Silver, Gold, or Gold Elite member, you can see how many recognition upgrades you have left to use.
