Premium and Excess
Air New Zealand Koru Cover provides you with a choice of either a $100 or $500 Excess. By selecting the higher excess you are rewarded with a reduced premium.

Note: A Family policy premium is double that of the individual policy. A separate excess and surcharge may be imposed by our medical team in respect of existing medical conditions.

Comprehensive cover for your phone and laptop
We include a higher limit of $7,500 for Personal Computers and mobile phones. All other items have a single item limit of $3,000. And you can increase the cover for your valuable personal and business items (except bicycles), by paying an additional premium (to a maximum of $10,000 per item and an overall total of $30,000).
We also include cover for emergency business equipment hire, business clothing hire, golf green fees and alternative staff (arranging a replacement employee to complete the assignment for which you were originally sent)

Free Look Period
Our travel insurance is non-refundable but you have a 14 day free-look period from the date that you purchased the insurance.
QBE will refund the cost of the insurance - as long as the travel has not yet commenced, and you haven't made a claim.
