Air New Zealand is operating a further two additional services between Auckland and London over the next few days.
- On Friday 23 April (UK time) an additional service will operate from London to Auckland via Los Angeles. (Scheduled services NZ1 and NZ38 are also operating on this day)
- On Sunday 25 April (NZ time) an additional service will operate from Auckland to London via Hong Kong. (Scheduled service NZ2 is also operating on this day)
Air New Zealand is continuing to make good progress on clearing the backlog of passengers. As a result of the total five additional services and placing customers on existing services, Air New Zealand will have cleared more than 90% of the backlog of disrupted passengers.
Seats on existing scheduled services to and from the UK are expected to be open again for general sale from the end of next week (previously first available seats were from 8 May).
