Air New Zealand flights to and from the UK will now operate as scheduled.
Update on previously affected services:
- Monday night’s (NZ time) NZ39 Auckland-Hong Kong-London and NZ2 Auckland-Los Angeles-London services will operate through to London as scheduled.
- The NZ2 Los Angeles-London service that was delayed in Los Angeles for 19 hours has now departed and will arrive into London at 6am Tuesday 18 May (UK time).
- NZ1 from London to Los Angeles originally scheduled to depart at 4.15pm on Monday 17 May (UK time) is now scheduled to depart at 8am on Tuesday 18 May (UK time), arriving into Los Angeles at 11.15am on 18 May (US time). Auckland-bound passengers will then connect with the scheduled NZ1 Los Angeles-Auckland service departing at the normal scheduled time of 9.30pm 18 May (US time), arriving into Auckland at 5.25am on 20 May (NZ time)
Air New Zealand recommends that passengers connecting from Air New Zealand services onto other carriers to UK/Europe should check with that carrier that their flights are operating.
