Enttäuschend
Pilot war sehr nett und hilfreich. Seine Flugfähigkeiten waren super. Leider haben wir keine Wale gesehen. 40minuten wurde sehr angestrengt auf Wasser geblickt um diese zu sehen (man will ja nichts verpassen). Da wir eine riesige Rechtskurve geflogen sind wurde wortwörtlich nichts anderes als Wasser gesehen (nicht ein Mal die Küstenlinie). Erster Flug (Donnerstag) wurde zunächst auf den Nachmittag und dann auf den nächsten Tag verschoben. (Freitag) Wohlgemerkt haben wir für den ersten Flug bereits zwei Tage Flexibilität gehabt und auf Anraten der Airline den gebuchten Termin um einen Tag verschoben. Nach der sehr enttäuschenden Erfahrung haben wir höflich um einen weiteren Flugtermin (Samstag) gebeten. Wir haben höchstmögliches Entgegenkommen gezeigt bei dem Termin für einen etwaigen zweiten Flug. Als wir um einen Rabatt für einen weiteren Termin am Folgetag, gebeten haben, wurde uns dieser nicht gewährt. Die Besitzerin des Geschäfts war selbst vor Ort und hat mit einer schier unendlichen Arroganz geglänzt und einem das Gefühl gegeben man sei ein billiger Schnorrer. Die Besitzerin sagte sie hat lieber Laufkundschaft die den vollen Preis bezahlt als uns Familie dabei Es war unsere schlechteste Erfahrung in ganz 2 Monaten Neuseeland. Sie hat mehrmals im Gespräch jegliches Entgegenkommen verweigert und uns schlussendlich sogar einen höheren Preis als book.me selbst vorgeschlagen. Mehrmals hat sie uns für dumm verkaufen wollen oder zickig reagiert wenn man sie beim Unwahrheiten erzählen erwischt hat. Man muss hierbei erwähnen, dass ich verdammt gut mit Menschen umgehen kann, also kein Sozialidiot bin oder dergleichen. Diese Frau sollte nicht im Kundendienst arbeiten, sie schien auch nurit ihrem Porsche kurz vorbeigekommen zu sein um nach dem Rechten zu sehen. Wir fliegen nun zum selben Preis bei der Konkurrenz noch einmal mit.

Worth it!
A beautiful day for a flight and great to see a sperm whale and a huge pod of dolphins. Loved every minute of it!

absolutely fantastic! would definitely recommend others doing this! definitely worth the price would definitely do it again
