MIke said... This place was crazy and very unorganised to handle the amount of people - clearly with the Auckland free vouchers from the government people were coming to use them. First - they couldn’t find our booking, then people were all standing next to each other , no attempt by the staff to allow social distance between customers when trying to pay / enter. Once in the park it was nice but the animals water ponds were so green you couldn’t see much , was a odd arrangement of animals. Lack of staff around the park so some interesting mask wearing , lack of hand sanitizer around the park at common touch area, and clearly more then 100 people in the park which is against the current red setting. The dinosaurs were fun when they moved , the farm animals were good to see - just would be nice to see some more safety for customers over profit when in a pandemic setting.
