Jana said... After we got off the ferry the bus driver welcomed us with a big smile and warm hospitality. He drove our group up to the Eco Zip and we loved it. The guides were professional but warm and friendly, and the experience itself is well done. It is a thrill with some amazing views, but the zips go quick - no surprise but it left us wanting more. The walk back u through the forest was lovely with some great insights from the guides. Not the best bang for buck that we have seen in NZ (which was the case with most things on the island), but still a lot of fun. Note, we missed our ferry in the morning so thought we would be late for their designated pick up time. It wasn't a problem - they picked us up and we did not miss our slot - so if this happens to you, just email them and they will accommodate :)
