Really nice experience, enjoyed jet ski at GSL

Poor customer service and no refund
Very disappointing experience I arrived 13 minutes early for my booked jet ski session, but due to poor communication and handling by the operator, I was unable to take the ride. When I arrived, there was no one at the reception desk. I called the provided number twice, but no one answered. About 40 minutes later, someone came to the booking area and told me the ride had already left. They said check-in closed at 8:15 am, but this was not clearly mentioned in the booking confirmation email. Despite clearly explaining the situation and providing all booking details, the company refused to offer any refund or reasonable solution. The response I received was unhelpful and unprofessional, with no customer care or flexibility. I do not recommend this service due to poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and loss of money.

Wasn’t able to go
Our daughter hurt her foot on the way to jet ski. We called to cancel and were told to send an email explaining the circumstances and it’s been 2 days and no reply yet.

Best jet ski experience
We had the absolute best time jet skiing around the Airlie Beach area! Our instructor, Will, was fantastic—super supportive from start to finish and made sure everyone felt confident and fully equipped to enjoy the experience. We got to visit several beautiful scenic spots, admire the islands from the water, and even spotted some turtles along the way. Such an unforgettable adventure—highly recommend this company and especially Will!
