Pregnant and abandoned!

I’m 22 weeks pregnant (which I was told would not be a problem) and on the morning of the trip I was not feeling very well. I called the company and tried to reschedule but they were not helpful with rescheduling and pressured me into attending the trip. The bus driver was aware that I was feeling unwell and he still drove very fast on the extremely windy road, whilst making jokes about people frequently being motion sick on the road. After about 20 minutes I was vomiting. When we arrived in Port Douglas I got off the bus and did not think I could keep going. I had hoped the bus driver would assist me by informing me of travel options back to my accomodation or atleast give me a sick bag. He did not even have sick bags or any other supplies and drove off without offering me any assistance at all, leaving me pregnant, lying on the side of the road. After a minute I realised my key was still in the bus and after contacting the bus that would have only been a few minutes away he told me he could not turn back. I found out from other travellers that at the end of that trip they were returned to their accomodation and hour and a half early and it was a very disappointing trip, yet the bus driver could not drive a few minutes back and return my key. After contacting the company and inquiring about a refund, they informed me that it was not policy to refund my money, so after informing them I was unwell and being pressured into going on the trip and then being abandoned on the side of the road and I am also out a large sum of money. I cannot express my enough how poorly the company treated me, so please book your trip elsewhere if you want a good experience.
