It was good fun we rode right out to Goomboora park stopped at Stratford for a lovely brunch and enjoyed not having to peddle uphill. He enjoyed picking up a bit of speed with the electrics. The throttle can be a little tricky as we almost had an “ incident” when my son turned the throttle to max as soon as we arrived to pick up the bikes . Almost took off over the top of the car parked beside the curb. A very lucky save for the vehicle. So be aware when you have kids. The owner of electric bikes company did disconnect the throttle cord on my sons bike for safety . The bike still works with the electrics kicking in depending on the number you select. Other than that we had no issues. We made use of bookme.com to get a good discount. And I thoroughly recommend this to anyone who would like to try the electric bikes.
