totally awesome experience with excellent knowledegable and friendly staff. Not to be missed
Thought it was pricey at first, but after spending 3 hours there, it was definitely worth the money. Had lots of fun there.
The lady named Katie on the reception was so rude and racist. I called her over the phone and I also went personally to tell how sarcastic she was regarding my Enquiries about bookings. I could sense her sinical tone with Asian customers while I was in queue and to me as well. She was treating us as if she just wants to get the money and get rid of us. I wasn’t expecting this as I have been to Antarctic centre before like few years ago around 2014 but everything’s changed now. It’s more commercialised and the staff needs to be retired now and have some enthusiastic and young staff who are able to preserve what Antarctic centre is about and it’s image of knowledge centre rather than what it has become today is a tourist attraction and money making machine. It’s the only one in the world and has to be taken seriously by Management orelse it will loose it’s image. Kindly let the current old staff take care of their grandchildren and retire for good.
Amazing place, tons to learn and really well though out, but we all felt bad for the huskies being stuck there, not being able to do anything. There is really no point of it
