Perfect

That was an awesome experience for me with a beautifull weather but even windy it was so much fun And did not affect once in the tracks a bit at the top but good no more afterwards. As an old bmx rider, Morgan our coach compared everyones sport to mountain bike giving usefull development tips. Good gears bikes are in very good conditions. I need to come again for a new day ! Thanks guys !

Great Experience!

Booked as a fathers day gift for four Dads, they all really enjoyed it - and thought their instructor was awesome. They would all go again very soon!

Was only for an hour ?

I thought this was for 3 hours ... only did one track ... very disappointed.... an hour if I was paying a 100 bucks .... I’d be super more annoyed

Kia ora, sorry you though the lesson was for 3 hours, as we only run Intro to Riding lesson for 1.5 hours. However you mentioned it was only for 1 hour, but it should have been 1.5 hours. Please contact us at CAP and we will provide you with the extra time. Regards CAP Guest Services

Downhill MB

Unfortunately my first experience wasn't very pleasant. 5 of us booked through the website for the same time a beginners mountain biking class for most of us this was the first time ever attempting downhill mountain biking. To begin with, we had issues with the bookings we made and communication with staff. We were distributed into 2 separate groups. Once we rang the Park, they said they have sorted it but when one of us turned up on the day she was told that she will be in a group an hour later. The chairlift had some unknown issues and I got stuck on it for over 45 minutes. By the time we got to the top of the hill I was demotivated and completely frozen. At the end of the experience, even though the instructor apologized we were not offered any discounts not even a complimentary drink for the inconvenience caused. Some of us had to be at other events that they missed due to the technical issues. The instructor was great, but overall the experience wasn't. The bikes and gear provided were great.
