Soak in the solar powered pools overlooking the Southern Alps, relaxing at the swim up bar, which offers you a poolside food and beverage service. All entries for the Tranquility pools get full access to the Discovery Pools when they are in session.

The Discovery pools include the observation pool, or explore the star lit caves. Enjoy the Aqua Play Zone, with the crazy river and the leap of faith plunge pool. Located an hour from Christchurch, soak and unwind at the calm hot pools of Ōpuke Thermal Pools & Spa

Restrictions

  • All Tranquility and Solar Tub Customers MUST BE 18 OR OVER and carry an acceptable form of ID such as: NZ Drivers Licence, Passport or Kiwi Access Card. ID will be checked upon arrival.

    Due to the Tranquility Pools being an R18 zone this area is not constantly supervised by lifeguards..

Unreal!

We went on a weekday through BookMe to get it cheaper; but oh my days, the experience was so good I would paid full price to go again! Beautiful spaces (both pools and changing rooms), amazing kai at a relatively reasonable price-point, swim up bar was incredible, and the ambience of the Methven countryside was so lush :)
