They didn't like bookme
Lovely place. Superb staff. Only downside was the 15 minutes it took at the start when they couldn't find my booking because bookme doesn't do things right. I felt very sorry for them. They eventually just let me in and said they would follow it up themselves. Is bookme a legitimate site?

Soak Away
Awesome place and very well set up with a bit of luxury in mind, just a little to heavy on the chemicals. The changing facilities are super and spotless. Free lockers that are quite large. Very family friendly place with very friendly staff. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Fabulous relaxed complex. Very clean and welcoming staff. So nice to not be overcrowded / this added so much to our experience. We will be back !

Awesome family experience
What a great experience! Even though these are 'family' pools, there was plenty of variety - adults could soak and enjoy relaxing, quieter corners of the pool, while the kids jumped into the plunge pools and shot each other with water cannons!

Few pointers
These pools are in a gorgeous location! They are so clean and beautifully presented. The temperature of the pools is amazing!! There are 3 pools for the kids to swim in with the pool you can jump and bomb into. However, if your children aren’t confident swimmers, under the age of 7 and height restricted be prepared to be constantly with with. Apart from the lazy river all the pools drop off in depth without any warning and there is only one area that is roped off because of the depth. Would definitely go again without children and try out the adults only area! I think the adults prices should be lowered if you are heading into the discovery pools with kids
