job4 said... We visited when there was a cyclone threat and because of this instead of the usual crowds heading out to the island there were only 8 of us with paradise to ourselves. We booked a private cabana (highly recommend!), were treated to complementary homemade watermelon popsicles on arrival and homemade cookies on departure. We were also invited to use the daybeds by the pool later in the day as there were so few of us (which they didn't actually have to do so the gesture was appreciated). We took our own snorkeling gear and spent about an hour swimming straight out from the main pool, towards the jetty. WOW!! The closer we got to the jetty, the more fish we saw, just incredible there were so many types, more than I've seen snorkeling in one spot before. Also, the cocktails were delicious :) We'd love to go back again!!
