I rang on the Day before to cancel or change the date but recieved no confirmation so rang on the day .. optus advised the number I called was disconnected and the lady rang me back 2 hours before the cruise and said I was too late I reminded her I rang on Saturday and she apologised and said no refunds or transfers because they would loose too much money doing that. She was very pleasant and apologetic.. company instructions I guess
