Float above the beautiful beaches and lakes of Gippsland aboard a hot air balloon during this early-morning excursion.
The hot-air balloon flight begins 1.5 hours prior to sunrise when you make your own way to the meeting point established by the operator the day prior to your flight.
From here, you will be transported to the launch site which is determined by the wind direction on the day as the operator plans the flights to try to give you the best views possible.
Lend a hand or just watch as the ground crew prepare and inflate the balloon. Participation is encouraged!
During the flight, enjoy the breathtaking scenery over the Gippsland area –depending on the wind you may see stunning views of the open cut mines and the coal-powered electricity generators, or views of Wilson’s Promontory or the Gippsland lakes.
You and the other guests in your group, will be able to watch the sunrise while enjoying gorgeous scenery below.
Flight time is 60 minutes however please be prepared to be with the team for about 3 hours.

Departures: Meeting time can be as early as 04:30am in Summer and a little later as we head into Autumn.
