Our classes are fun, casual and packed with knowledge - perfect for home cooks looking to add some flair and flavour to their repertoire, or for those just keen to try something different in the kitchen!
Our tutors are enthusiastic home cooks who love to share their culture and recipes that have been passed down to them.
We offer a rotation of different classes - please see below for the lessons and dates they are available.
Classes
Indian Cooking Class:
Focusing on the Thali meal, which is steeped in tradition, you will learn about the cultural heritage that goes along with preparing a balanced diet that has been passed down over generations. You will prepare five dishes from entrees to mains and sides.

Sri Lankan Class:
If aromatic herbs and spices are your thing, then this class is for you! During this class, you will learn about the flavour combinations that are the base for traditional Sri Lankan cooking. Your enthusiastic tutor brings her expertise from her Singhalese and Burgher heritage. Let your taste buds come alive!

Thai Cooking Class:
Spice up your life with the taste explosion that is Thai cooking. Learn how to create perfectly balanced dishes that will impress anyone. Create a range of aromatic dishes with all the components that are used in traditional Thai kitchens.

Greek Cooking Class:
The Mediterranean diet is said to be one of the best in the world for overall health and wellbeing, and it's easy to see why with the beautiful, fresh ingredients you will be working with in this class. You will also learn about the Greek traditions of food not just for eating, but for bringing together the family!
