This was the highlight of our trip to Queenstown. Out pilot was excellent and gave us a great commentary of the surrounding landscape. He also took the time to take pictures and videos for us. I was a little nervous as the first time in a helicopter but he put us at ease and talked us through the whole thing. It was really a spectacular experience and once in a lifetime for us. Well worth the money and I would do again if I got the chance. The view from the mountain and the experience of flying over Queenstown is a memory I will not forget. I'm just disappointed I cant remember the pilots names to give him the credit he deserves!

This tour was the highlight of our trip. Our tour guide and director of the company was fantastic. The tour groups are small so it gives you an opportunity to get a personalised experience and ask lots of questions. The locations are amazing and they show you pictures of the movies so you can see exactly what it looks like. Also this tour gives you exclusive access to see Isengard and bjorns house so we got some excellent pictures you wouldnt get on the other tours. Plus we had some cakes and coffee as well as dressing up as characters. The guide got us some excellent pictures and overall our favourite tour.
