Riding an eco-friendly Segway is quite a unique experience. Segway Smart Motion technology keeps you balanced and in control.
To propel the vehicle forwards, you simply lean forwards.
To stop, just put your weight back. This sensation, while a little weird at first, is a thrill that everyone really enjoys.
A quick training session gets you used to the unique motion of the Segway.
Then take in the beautiful scenic views around Queenstown Bay while riding on this fascinating transporter. It's an hour on hands-on fun!

Absolutely awesome!
This is something worth to try when you visit Queenstown. Our awesome tour guide will make sure you know how to drive properly the Segway. So Don’t hesitate to try this one. Enjoy the stunning view of the central. Thank you Steve for the great experience.

Nov 2025 - unforgetable experience
I forgot the instructor's name. I believe it was David. Regardless. He was awesome!!!! I went with my mum. However, with his patience and support, everything went as planned - plenty of joy and a fantastic experience. So, I would recommend Q riding as an enjoyable activity and all the best for the instruction. Pablo

Great way to see Queenstown
A group of 5 of us went on a Segway tour of Queenstown and around the lake. It was a fun experience and we saw parts of Queenstown that we hadn't seen yet. I would highly recommend doing this. Our guide was friendly and tailored our tour to suit us.

Amazing experience
Thank you, Kevin. You made the 1 hour we had with you a really special hour and made us feel safe. It was a great way to explore Queenstown if you don't like walking.
