Hi Rainey thanks for your great review, we’re so pleased you and your partner enjoyed your visit (though ouch with the nose bleed - hope you ok?) And we totally agree re younger children! Parents know their children best but we usually advise 7 years and older 👻🧟

Super scary!
My 11-year-old daughter begged me to take her to Fear Factory when we were in Queenstown so I gave in and said yes. We didn't know what we were in for as this was our first time. When we arrived, the decor in the waiting area was really well done and the staff at reception were fantastic and helpful too. Then it was our turn to go in, and we were both super scared during the whole experience. We couldn't stop talking about the experience afterwards - it was really well done. The staff were amazing too. I'd definitely recommend.

Too scary for young children
Brilliant, in our late 50's had such a laugh. I ended up with a nose bleed because my partner and I jumped into each other. VERY dark, you see nothing. Definitely not for younger children
