Very relaxing

You can't beat the beautiful mountain views of the top pool. Very relaxing and a great way to unwind. The top pool is child free which is great with options for the whole family at the other pools.

Brilliant

The snow was falling, there was 15cm in the ground. Travel was interrupted but Tekapo Springs put in transport from the village and returned us to our site. Water temp perfect and snack food beautifully cooked and hot. Coffee great.

Great experience!

Staffs are friendly and a lot of other activities to do there. The place is warm and cozy and toilets and shower room are well equipped. Best experiemce for hot pools with surrounding snow. We had snow fights in the pool. Great for family!

Chlorine trap

This is a perfect example of a tourist trap. Overpriced complex in the middle of nowhere. Pools are small and full of chlorine. You could expect some natural hot water spring but nah, it's just one big source of chlorine. It wasn't very pleasant to inhale chlorine all the time. Another con is that there are CCTV cameras everywhere and I felt like I was in jail. You're thirsty so you look for a drinking fountain and you find one, but guess what, it's not working properly. Even the counter staff looked like that they don't want to be there.
