So good!!!!
We loved the ambiance with the natural nature music. The pods are very cool. Private sauna that even had views out to the ocean and harbour. Free parking was a bonus. Cold plunge freaked us out but my swollen sore ankle was better and more sore shoulder injury soothed. Thanks Will. I bought a multi pass :)

A Great New Experience
It was a really nice experience and my first time trying an infrared sauna and cold plunge. The space was clean, calm, and well set up. It felt relaxing and refreshing at the same time. I’d definitely recommend it and would love to come back.
