Slipping away from the Mooloolaba Wharf your Skipper will introduce you to the locals with an entertaining commentary - the recent residents who live in their opulent canal-side homes with their watercraft moored out front, and the native wildlife that has made these waters their home for thousands of years.
Next stop is the river mouth where you can bring out the camera for breathtaking, expansive coastal views from Mooloolaba to Noosa before the boat is turned around. As you pass the yachts and Australia’s largest fleet of long line fishing vessels in the harbour, make sure you keep an eye out for eagles, ospreys, and other water birds that frequent this pristine habitat.
If you're feeling peckish, you can also buy a refreshing beverage and snack on board.
It’s on the way back to the Mooloolaba Wharf that the leisurely pace can kick up a notch.You can get hands on by taking the helm to drive the boat alongside the Skipper, another photo opportunity not to be missed.

Perfect Day Cruising the Canal
We totally enjoyed our canal cruise along the Mooloolaba River. Weather was perfect sunny and warm. So many beautiful houses on the side of canal and sailing boats passing by. Good commentary and very relaxing cruise

Mooloolaba canal cruise
This is a typical canal cruise showing off some of the more expensive houses and naming owners. Customers should perhaps be offered a glass with their drink purchase.

Well worth it
The skipper was professional and kept you engaged the entire time. Very polite deckhand and the cruise itself was relaxing and enjoyable.
