There are two types of lessons to choose from:
Flat Water Stand Up Paddle Lesson - Beginners introductory lessons. We will teach you essential techniques to help you progress quickly into becoming a confident paddle boarder
Surf Stand Up Paddle Lesson - For beginner to intermediate stand up paddle surfers. Build on basic surf skills and developing advanced paddle techniques. Understanding the surf environment and introducing you to catching waves.
Stand Up Paddle Boarding is very easy to do and suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Our professional instructors will take you through the basics to ensure confidence and maximum fun factor
Duration: 1 hour
Located on the river front at Cotton Tree Esplanade, Maroochydore, at Ocean Addicts exclusive stand up paddle lesson and hire centre
Price: $55 per person
Trips are weather, please be aware some flexibility at times may be required

SUP lesson
Tom (instructor) was fantastic, he was so helpful and my husband and I had a great morning. SUP was always something I've wanted to do and we would recommend and will look forward to doing again. Thank you for a fun morning.
