hortenser said... We came at the meeting point at the shell service station at 7.55am as asked in the confirmation email. We waited for a couple of minutes and couldn't see anybody so we drove around to park our campervan in the street around the station and saw a big bus further in a one way street. We couldn't reach them to verify if it was our bus. We parked and were heading toward the bus but we saw it driving past. We waved and asked to stop. Some passengers waved back but the bus left. We have tried to call you but your office was closed. Nobody called us to check on us, that is what we expect if the meeting point is not what it was announced. Then we tried to follow them when we understood after checking the map that they were maybe going to the inskip point but we couldn't catch them back and saw them on the ferry. We are so disappointed that we have missed this trip. We have been at the meeting point but that is not were the bus was. It was further in another street. We have tried hard to catch up. It is so frustrating.. Now it's been 4 days that I try to call, leave voice messages, email, and even visited the office to clarify the situation and get a refund but nobody picks up or gets back to me. They totally disappeared. We've paid almost $500 for a trip we haven't had!!!
