Trail good - bike performance disappointing

Liz Yate said... Hired mountain bike for half day for my son. Got out on the trail and e bike did not appear to have any power. Rode bike with battery off for 30km as there was no resistance. Twin Cycles said they would look into it but did not test it while we were there to verify issue. If booking a bike, may pay to test ride first.
