Disappointing

traceyq said... The bus trip was very very disappointing as my view from the bus was totally obscured by the buses seating. I immediately made a complaint about the situation but no resolution was possible because everybody could see by sitting in this seat your view would be severely obstructed. The bus driver was very understanding and very apologetic. Viewing of the penguins returning from the sea to their burrows was a display of the worst in humanity. The penguin parade staff repeatedly told the congregation no photographs and to not use any mobile phones. The people completely ignored this instruction and continued to use their mobile phones. This ultimately resulted in a very small number of penguins movements from the sea. Never again 😒 will I return.
