Review of Book.me and GSL Whitsundays Tour

Naydi Trujillo Revollo said... I booked a Whitsundays tour through Book.me with GSL. Unfortunately, the night before the tour they cancelled on us, claiming sea conditions were unsafe. The next day, however, we noticed that other companies were still running their tours as normal. It was really disappointing because we had booked well in advance to secure the date, and this was the only day we had available to do the tour. They did offer to reschedule us for another day, but since we didn’t have any extra time, that wasn’t possible. At least they processed a full refund promptly, which I appreciated. Thankfully, we ended up having an amazing day with another company that went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t miss anything. They truly saved our experience and turned what could’ve been a wasted day into one of the best of our trip.
