So many words to describe this day, (day 1) suns out clear skies, flat waters, beautiful surroundings of atmosphere. stopped on this island for lunch and had a coffee. the scenery really makes you appreciate nature so much more. tents up and attacked by sand-flies I gave up on the pegs for the cover. I had such a beautiful sleep. Day 2, weather over turned and it hammered down with rain. but going back to base it didn't bother me. the mountains were so much greener, the skies were so grey even had thunder and lightening it was breath taking. the rain just poured down like never before. the waterfalls surrounding the mountains. I really enjoyed my time here. one ill never forget. waves over waves crashing into the kayaks. Takes you to another world and you feel so alive by pure nature and tranquillity. truly thankful for every second of this two day adventure.

Absolutely loved this fast jet boat ride through Queenstown, couldn't have asked for anything more. was so fun and full of adrenaline, makes your heart stop when you get too close to the bridge and the fast turns, definitely a must do when in this beautiful city.
