Best One Day MTB ride in NZ

Welcome Rock Roaring Lion Trail is a “Must Do”. The best $20.00 you will spend for a days MTB. Great single track, amazing goldfields history with huts and sign boards.

Roaring Lion MTB

Awesome back country and amazing views. Track is a pretty challenging 27km. Tight and quite technical. Beware the tussock grass hides yr line. Or you end up either in the muddy drain or over the bank. Both landings were soft n wet, which was great on the warm day. The great rides app was invaluable. 👍
