Super value for money

Did the 3 PM tour. I found the operator to offer a very good cruise at a price hard to beat. Super value for money.

Great day and total must see!

We had a fantastic trip and were very impressed by the scenery. The only thing that could have improved it would be a better speaker system as we missed quite a bit of the information as we couldn’t hear very well. The driver was brilliant when we could hear him and very informative! Would absolutely recommend.

Enjoyable

Most of these cruises do the same thing. This boat is smaller than some which meant it could get very close to the cliffs and waterfalls. We had fantastic weather and there is a large viewing deck and also viewing on the bow. Coffee and hot chocolate are reasonably priced. The hot chocolate was good, according to my son. Watch out for the skipper’s bad jokes.

1 Worst customer service and manager

Hi it was one the worst experience with jucy cruise as we late for 5 minutes to get cruise at 1 :05 as my son was not well and they did not get us and for next cruise they charge us $234nzd and they were not helpful at all. It was heavy raining on that day. When all passengers were getting ready to get cruise that time people were in queue for 10 min on heavy rain with kids but the cruise were not ready to get on board. I had complained about it all but the worst customer service. I would never recommend anyone to go with Jucy cruise any other jucy service. When I sent them an email about my experience they never replied me and its been 15 days. I also talked to customer service care number but they were not able to give call to any manager and I talked to cruise manager JOHN Paul but he was not helpfull at all and was blaming us for everything. I will never recommend anyone in my family, or friends or any one my known who want visit milford sound. Never go to JUCY. worst experience I will never go with jucy for my lifetime. I will in Wellington and from my community I will share my experience with everyone so people don't make mistakes to choose JUCY.
