AMAZING FOOD

I absolutely adore this place! You have got to try the ceviche and squid entrees with the Salmon as a main dish. Amazing. The Salmon has a crispy skin, it is nestled on a bed of fresh green vegetables which is layered over mashed Kumara. I have ordered the same 3 things on my last 3 visits, as have all the people I have taken with me. Be prepared to be impressed. Ill be ordering it again next time too!

Outstanding meals!

I absolutely love their new summer menu. So many dishes I wanna try. I could probably do Podium 10x in a row now and try something different. I had the salmon and the chocolate crémieux for dessert and every bite was to die for. Definitely recommend it. Not just a standard hotel restaurant. I would pick Podium over most restaurants around here plus good location for ppl who live in Frankton and don't wanna drive all the way to town;) see u soon!

Disappointing unfortunately.

Unfortunately, I have to rate this experience low. We ordered burgers and while the vegetarian burger had good flavour, the chicken burger ordered what a very weird taste. I had hoped that nothing could go wrong with a chicken burger but the sauce had a weird taste. Maybe I couldn’t understand that taste but my partner thought the same. The chips with the burgers were too thick and couple of them were uncooked. The food got me a bit sick later as well. Mimi was a great server though. 5 stars for the staff serving us but the food was unfortunately a disappointment. Sorry.
