Discover Milford Sound on a premium full-day Coach & Cruise experience from Queenstown, hosted by a long-standing local team who know Fiordland National Park inside and out.
Your journey begins in central Queenstown with pickup from downtown Queenstown at 110 Beach Street or Frankton Bus Shelter. Travel in comfort aboard a purpose-built scenic coach featuring large panoramic windows and onboard toilet facilities. As you head south along Lake Wakatipu, enjoy uninterrupted views of The Remarkables and New Zealand’s iconic high country landscapes.
Pause in Te Anau for light refreshments before continuing north into the breathtaking wilderness of Fiordland National Park. The scenery transforms from golden tussock plains to ancient beech forest, mirror-like lakes and dramatic alpine valleys as you pass through the Homer Tunnel and descend into Milford Sound.

Der Tagestrip von Queenstown zum Milford Sound ist zu empfehlen. Grossartig: der Busfahrer "Cowboy" - typisch neuseeländisch mit viel Humor, Liebe zur Heimat und großem Öko-Engagement, hat die mehrstündige Busfahrt sehr angenehm gestaltet.

Fantastischer Ausflug
Toller Trip! Die Busfahrt von Queenstown nach Te Anau / Milford kommt einem auch überhaupt nicht lang vor weil es viele Informationen über Land und Kultur vom Busfahrer gibt. Es wurden zusätzlich regelmässige Toiletten Stopps gemacht. Die Bootsfahrt war auch spektakulär. Für den Preis bekommt man wirklich viel geboten. Außerdem gibt es die Möglichkeit spontan den Flug zurück zu buchen.

Sehr gut
Natürlich fehlt mir der Vergleich zu anderen Fahrten, da gehen sehr viele hin. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Genügend Pausen auf der Hinfahrt, guide Markus war super, Zeit angemessen. Da die Fahrt von queenstown sehr lange ist, ist man logischerweise lange unterwegs. Unser Bus hatte einen Teilbereich auf einem größeren Boot. Dieses war aber recht leer. Das heißt kein übermäßiges Gedränge. Mild Sound an sich: machen.

Toller Ausflug, sehr guter Fahrer und Reiseführer
Sehr gut organisiert. Unser Busfahrer Markus hatte alles im Griff und hat uns so ganz nebenbei während der Fahrt viele interessante Infos über Land, Leute,Fauna und Tierwelt gegeben. Auf der Heimfahrt hatten wir genügend Stops,um sich die Beine zu vertreten und Fotos von der grandiosen Landschaft zu schießen. Auch die Schiffsfahrt über den Milford Sound war erste Sahne. Sehr empfehlenswere Tagestour, war ihr Geld wert.

Absolut empfehlenswert
Vorweg Super Tour trotz mäßigen Wetters. Busfahrer war absolut entspannt, zuvorkommen, freundlich, aufmerksam und super gelaunt! Sehr kontaktfreudig und hat wunderbare Informationen auf der Fahrt zum besten gegeben! Auf dem Weg gab es 2 Zwischenstopps um sich Erfrischungen zu holen oder die Toiletten aufzusuchen. Die Tour auf dem Boot im Fjord war super organisiert und unproblematisch. Wir haben leider nur ein Regentag erwischt was wiederum für uns kein Problem war. Haben das beste daraus gemacht. Absolut empfehlenswert!
