Milford Haven

Step aboard our most stylish vessel, the Milford Haven. Our floating brunch spot experience features a rooftop beer garden with 360° views, a range of craft beverages, barista coffee and a contemporary indoor lounge. You can also enjoy a cabinet snack or sandwich onboard, or pre-order a fresh picnic lunch box by contacting RealNZ directly to be ready when you arrive for a hassle-free dining option.

Milford Sovereign

The Milford Sovereign is a spacious and group-friendly choice, with a large rooftop deck and comfortable booth seating inside. Perfect for groups, it offers hearty meal options including a hot buffet, obento boxes, and pre-purchased seasonal lunches. With plenty of room to move around, it’s a great way to enjoy Milford Sound together.

Milford Mariner

The Milford Mariner is a traditional scow-style vessel so you can experience an authentic, historical cruising atmosphere. It’s a favourite with photographers and those seeking a classic Milford experience. Onboard, you’ll find spacious viewing decks, a cosy saloon, and a comfortable lounge. Guests can enjoy freshly prepared cabinet snacks, with the option to pre-order seasonal lunches directly through RealNZ for a more substantial meal.

If your experience is cancelled by the operator (because of the bad weather, safety concerns, unscheduled maintenance etc) you will be entitled to a full refund.

Notes

Drive Time to Milford Sound: Traveling from Queenstown it will take around 5hrs to reach Milford. From Te Anau to Milford takes around 2hrs 20mins. This timing allows you to enjoy the journey with a few stops along the way. Make sure you fill your vehicle with petrol in Te Anau before traveling to Milford as there are no petrol stations in Milford Sound or en route.
Parking is decided by the Milford Sound Tourism LTD. Payment for parking is by credit card machine.Please check in 30 minutes beforehand. Check in closes 15 minutes before departure, with gates closing 5 mins prior to departure.

Découverte des fjords de Milford sound en famille

Nous avons énormément apprécié notre visite du Milford sound. Tout d’abord, la route pour accéder au site est magnifique, puis arrivés à destination nous avons pu profiter d’un panorama exceptionnel avec les sommets des montagnes enneigés et la beauté du site. La croisière est très bien organisée, la durée de celle ci est suffisante pour apprécier le charme des lieux, ses nombreuses cascades, sa faune ( otaries et perroquets).le site est majestueux.
