Kinsey said... There was three staff working in the dining room and it was far from full capacity however we had to constantly flag someone down. We had to chase someone to get the menu, then to order drinks, then to order mains, we then asked for the dessert menu and after waiting 15 mins for someone to come back & take our order we just left and went elsewhere for dessert. Our plates were also never cleared away despite us being finished for nearly 30 mins and staff walking past several times, even when the dessert menu was finally brought to us, our plates still weren't cleared. The food was just ok. Not up to the usual standards of Elements.
