Very poor 😢
Booked and paid for only to arrive in Queenstown to find a sign on the door saying closed. Should not have been able to book that date and time very disappointed

Really disappointing - don't waste your money!
Really quite lame - drinks were horrid and it was just a big freezer, no entertainment value whatsoever - young hostess on the front desk was borderline rude.

Amazing experience!
I loved the ice bar in summer, it was a great way to cool down. Small bar but amazing cocktails at brilliant prices. Fun air hockey table and Photo Booth. You can go back to the warm main room as many times as you like which is great.
