fantastic experience
my 2nd time to visit the place after 7years and it is still a nice experience just like the first one. Staff are friendly and the cocktail taste good.

Great experience
It was really nice to go and have a cocktail and sit in a frozen oasis. The room was a little smaller than I expected but still had plenty of sculptures to look at and to sit and have your drink. Since the cocktail comes in an ice glass most of the drink turns into a slushy so it you actually want all of your drink ask for a couple of straws so you can use it like a spoon and eat the ice drink. The staff were nice a friendly. We really enjoyed it.

Worst of the three ice bars we want to
No instructions were given. We had to find our own coats then was snapped at to pickup a hanger that had fallen off the rack. The bar was left unattended so we weren't able to purchase another drink. On exit we had to hang up our coats on a rack labeled used which I initially didn't see and was handing back up where I got it from. Queenstown Ice Bar is so much better
