We had a great time. The experience was a little different due to level 2 but we still spent the entire time screaming. Thank you!!

Great family fun
We did this experience as a family with my 13 and 10 year old boys and it was one to remember. The staff were very helpful and friendly

Having spoken to our staff (who also showed me CCTV footage of your behaviour), you are very lucky we did not call the police to have you removed from our attraction . You were aggressive, kicking and repeatedly trying to punch then forcefully grab our staff. It is to their credit that they professionally and calmly handled the situation despite your verbal assault. It is a shame you didn't listen to your friends entreaties to immediately stop what you were doing. We offered you the opportunity to view the footage of your behaviour but you declined. You owe our staff an apology and until this happens you will not be welcome in our building again.

Underwhelming
Queenstown - Very disappointed. A lot of money for all of 10 minutes. Mixed results with our group.. a couple of the kids were scared and the others couldn't wait to get it over and done with, saying it didn't scare them at all. Host wasn't overly friendly or accommodating. Wouldn't recommend.
