It exceeded my expectations the atmosphere was amazing our bartender was super cool! Helped us out with some amazing spots here in QZN i would definitely be back!!!

Average there are better Ice bars in QT
When comparing minus 5 Ice bar to others in Queenstown I would say average. From the meet and greet to the bar itself. Other Ice bars I have been in had very specific jackets and gloves that were well cared for. at minus 5 I felt uncomfortable wearing the jacket as it was not well cared for by the staff and looked in poor condition. The gloves were pretty basic as was the actual Ice bar itself. I got a 'deal' and did not buy the drink option however in general tickets were as costly as the other bars. Go elsewhere, you will have a much better experience.

Been there, done that, tick it off!
Have been intrigued by the Ice Bar for many years. Interesting concept and seemingly popular. Now having been there I can say that I enjoyed my cocktail, took some really neat photos but won’t be going back the what was at the end of the day a small overcrowded freezer…
