Sauna
We really enjoyed the sauna, and it was exactly what our bodies needed after a few days of traveling.

Delicious
This was exactly what I needed for my last full day in New Zealand! I loved how I was welcomed and how the space was held. It was an added bonus that it was a silent session, although when I heard there would be music, I was slightly concerned, but I needn’t have been because it was so gentle and appropriate (to us being silent) that it added to the atmosphere. I do cold plunges but hadn’t ever had an ice bath, so I feel grateful to have had 3 wonderful options for refreshing myself after each slot in the sauna (cold shower, lake swim and ice bath) 🧊 Yum 🥰

A Great Sauna Experience
Amazing experience and a very welcoming environment. Sauna was hot, ice bath was freezing.
