Sam said... The experience got cancelled due to lack of numbers, which is fair enough. However, they tell us that its been cancelled when we get to the office on the morning of the experience! We woke up early in the morning and got ourselves all the way to queenstown only to be told that the experience was cancelled as some people had cancelled the previous day, and that they had sent us an email about it last night. Absolute lies. In fact, they sent us an email only a few minutes before we arrived at the office, in a pathetic attempt to cover up the fact that they forgot to tell us the night before. Not even a proper apology from them, just a 'sorry, but this happens all the time'. Well if it happens all the time I recommend that everyone stays away from this company, and books with a more reliable one! Terrible customer service Go Orange. Pathetic.
