Great!

Awesome experience despite the rainy weather - we went on this trip just about a day before the whole area got locked down due to floods. Visibility wasn't great, however, the crew kept us positive and told that this was still a special day to come as there are barely ever this many waterfalls visible at Milford Sound. And we couldn't agree more, it was just amazing! Despite the limited views this was one of the most wonderful places we've ever been to. The whole crew were great and commentary throughout the trip was interesting and funny, very entertaining! Would definitely come back again and try the same cruise -maybe on a sunny day next time. Keep up the great vibe and thanks for the experience!

Amazing, stunning, awesome

Despite the "bad" weather (a lot of rain), or maybe because the rain, we had an amazing experience. We saw thousands of waterfalls, some small, some mighty! Despite the rain it was possible to make a lot of photographs and stand dry. The day after our visit the roads got closed because of floodings and manage. Do we were very lucky...

excellent value

We were lucky enough to take our cruise after good rainfall, so the rocks were covered with waterfalls. I enjoyed this cruise so much more than the one I had been on 8 years earlier; the smaller boat got in a lot closer, the commentary was excellent and it all felt a lot more personal. I would highly recommend this cruise over any of the others

Fantastic

The tour was long and fun. We were able to see Sea Lions, have a bath under some of the waterfalls and cruise to the open Tasman sea. Def recommend 100% to anyone who is planning a trip to M.Sound

Easy Going

It’s always worth visiting this amazing corner of NZ if you can manage it. The drive to the Sound alone is worth the ticket price. If only they had smaller boats to take you out on the Sounds so you can get a more personal experience as the clamour to get a good seat and view on the larger boats does detract somewhat from the overall experience. That aside the guide was full of great insight and knowledge as to the geology, history and natural environment of the area. We got extremely lucky as some dolphins were milling about the Sounds on our way out - that’s a touch of magic you hope.
