Milford Sound
A nice view. Better to visit if it rains the days before. Than you can see much more Waterfalls.

Beautiful trip within the fjord
Many explanations during the cruise. It's really beautiful, the boat is small so going very close to the waterfalls. Not overcrowded, and it was nice to have hot drinks inside the boat. Be prepared for sandflies and come not to late to have the time to park, pay and walk to the boat.

Drove 3 & a half hours to miss the boat tour
We drove 3 & a half hours to have missed the boat tour by 10mins. We were told prior that the boat wouldn’t wait and we had to be there half an hour before checking in at 3:55pm. I called again trying to reason with them and they said they run like an airport. The drive there, didn’t mention anything about 4 manual traffic light stops which helped make us late. We tried to call but there was absolutely no reception even one hour away from Milford. The below pic is of our cruise just taking off Wasted our money

Frustrating experience
Me and my husband were on our honeymoon and booked an early cruise with this company, having planned our whole trip to Milford Sound because of that. We wanted to do a cruise with a few people, that is why we spent the night there (we afford the costs, food, and everything else). The company canceled our cruise and offered us a spot on the next one, which was crowded. We were not able to find seats above the ship (where we wanted to go at first), and the experience was frustrating. We talked to the local manager, Victoria, who promised to give us half of our money back (it was the least the company could have done). She didn't do that and didn't even reply to the e-mail we sent her. We don't recommend this company.

Milford Sound
Great day on the water the captain was very knowledgeable, staff friendly. We were lucky to have good weather so could go out towards the Tasman Sea. Amazing scenery would highly recommend.
