Casey said... Honestly, hard to review. The experience itself - 5 stars. The service, 1 Star. The carting was awesome, so much fun. However, the service was pretty bad. We got told we arrived too early - and then proceeded to wait through our briefing that went well past our actual starting time. We got to the top of the mountain half an hour after our actual starting time, then stood there for a further ten minutes waiting for our carts to arrive at the top, starting on our first run down forty minutes through a two hour session. Mountain bikers clearly took priority and the carters spent a lot of time just stood there, twiddling their thumbs waiting. Awesome experience, yes, but certainly won’t be going again.
