I bet if we had of gone later the stars would of been fantastic too. The staff were polite, informative and friendly. I've also been to the the Onsen hot pools next door which are usually booked out months in advance. Whilst not as spacious as the Onsen hot pools the views were very similar and a great alternative if you haven't booked months in advance. If they'd of wanted that last star from me id of loved a bit more seclusion as the 3 rooms feel quite close to each other even though we couldn't hear any other guests, we felt the need to be quieter. Maybe a free glass of champagne wouldn't of gone a miss for the birthday girl too. Overall solid date night and one we will remember.
