I also thought it would be a full body massage but it did not include legs (only lower legs). Upon arrival, there was nobody at the reception to greet us so we were a bit confused about where to go. During most of the massage, we could hear people chatting and noise just outside the room so it was a bit difficult to relax. The oil was also cold (warm would have been better). The sauna was off so we had to ask someone to turn it on. The steam room didn't have much steam in. There was also no jacuzzi as described in the listing.....only a hot tub which wasn't very hot. For these reasons, I would not recommend this place. There are a lot better spas in Queenstown!
