The Nightlights in the Redwood Forest in Rotorua is an incredible experience - really beautiful. But, I thought that booking through BookMe would give me access to the walk without having to stand and queue, but it didn't. So, I paid exactly the same as I would have if I'd turned up and paid at the time, and also had to queue, so there was no benefit to me to buy through BookMe. It's only worth doing if you get a discounted rate. I still highly recommend the experience

The Buried Village is the most wonderful place to visit. To start with, The museum is so interesting taking you right into the tragedy of the June 10, 1886 volcanic eruption. You then wander along a trail that takes you to each of the excavation sites to see what has been unearthed in Te Waiora, the village that was buried by the eruption. The grounds are absolutely beautiful! The beauty will fill your soul. The views from the waterfall are incredible! I highly recommend a visit here.
